Wed, Oct 14

Sixteen years is a BIG deal. And we know PATCH wouldn’t be here without the teens, families, partners, supporters, funders, friends, and PATCHies who have been part of it along the way. So whether you’ve been around since the beginning or are just finding us for the first time, we want you included!

About the event
OMG! PATCH IS 16! 🎉
Sweet 16. Sweet program. Sweet treats. Come celebrate with us!
We’re getting all glammed up and throwing a little dessert party at our home (Madison, WI). We’d love to have you there!
Come hang out in your party clothes, grab something sweet, catch up with PATCHies, and celebrate 16 years of doing this work together.
Can’t make it to Madison but feeling birthday-gifty?! (awwww, you’re. the. best!!!)
We’re happily accepting Sweet 16 Birthday Gifts via Wisconsin Roots Online Giving Day!
