Because when more adults know how to authentically engage young people, more teens get to be heard. And that's the whole point.
PATCH Coaching
PATCH Program Replication Coaching For organizations replicating a PATCH Program, a full 20 hour training and ongoing coaching is built into the replication agreement. Your PATCH Coach supports every aspect of your program — from hiring your first team of teens to navigating your toughest implementation challenges.
PATCH Inspired Programming For organizations designing or implementing their own youth engagement program, consider building upon our PATCH Model for Youth Engagement! As a PATCH Inspired Program, you'll receive a 5 hour training plus a 12 or 24 hour coaching package for your first year. Additional coaching can be purchased.
Customized Coaching & Support Not quite ready to launch a program? No problem. PATCH offers coaching and technical assistance for organizations looking to build or strengthen their own youth engagement efforts. Whether you are looking for staff training, or would like a thought partner as you consider how to authentically include youth voice in your work, we've got you. Coaching packages are available at an hourly rate.
