At PATCH, we believe connection is everything. That’s why we launched a special project in 2024 to empower youth across Wisconsin to lead creative, community-based initiatives that foster social connectedness. From murals and mental health chats to yoga sessions and clothing swaps, youth brought their unique ideas to life with support from PATCH staff. Along the way, they built meaningful relationships, developed leadership skills, and proved that fostering connection can be as diverse and dynamic as the communities we serve.
